GCDI has approached the area of urban services associating itself with expert strategic companies in Urban Hygiene, managing to position itself with important contracts in two of the main cities of Argentina, Rosario and Córdoba.
Both companies have integrated management systems and meet the highest quality and safety qualifications, being one of the few companies certified in Argentina with the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system standard.
The company in conjunction with the Brazilian company Vega Engenharia Ambiental S.A. formed the company Limpar Rosario S.A., which is the holder of the contract for the “Urban Hygiene and Waste Management Service for the city of Rosario, North Zone”, signed with the Municipality of Rosario on 02/18/13.
The service is provided for a term of eighty-four (84) months, with an option to be extended by the Municipality for up to twelve (12) more months, covering an area of approximately 600,000 inhabitants.
The company has a fleet of 35 state-of-the-art trucks, both side-loading and rear-loading, a permanent monitoring service and a workforce of 600 employees.
In 2018, the company, together with the Brazilian company Vega Engenharia Ambiental S.A., won the contract to provide the waste collection service in the downtown area of the city of Córdoba, establishing the company Logística Ambiental Mediterránea S.A. (THE M).
The service is provided for a term of ninety-six (96) months, with an option to be extended by the Municipality for up to eighteen (18) more months, the service having begun on 12/01/2018.
The company has a fleet of state-of-the-art bilateral cargo trucks, a permanent monitoring service and a workforce of 200 employees.
